For six pack abs, most of the men do follow an intense workout schedule which last over an hour and a half daily. Some do undergo liposuction (my boss underwent) too. These sorts of things never give you six pack abs that you desire desperately. In fact, they make you look thin and malnourished.

Recently, I came to know about a medical condition “Athletica Nervosa” commonly otherwise known as obsession with exercise. The over enthusiasts of six pack abs go overboard with their fitness regime and indulge in diet fads often overdosing on proteins and depriving themselves of other essential nutrients. On the exercise front, they succumb to overuse injuries. They can damage the heart, joints, and muscles.
